I've added this to the unsorted section of organizations/index.md. Maybe there is a better way to update the _toc and also the index pages? It seems that these are not clear to contributors. |

I had to do quite a bit of reading to actually understand what these guys do. I'm still not sure if this is all this vaporware. Websites of theirs like https://commons.opsci.io/ don't show any data when you use their data "explorer" although I may be doings something wrong. I tried to keep the language relatively even-handed.
