feat: support JSONC config file paths in the default list - #1213

Renovate added JSONC support in renovatebot/renovate#43677, so renovate.jsonc, .github/renovate.jsonc, .gitlab/renovate.jsonc, and .renovaterc.jsonc are now part of Renovate's default config file names. Add them to the list of files this action validates when config_file_path is not set, and document them in action.yaml and README.md. Renovate added JSONC support in renovatebot/renovate#43677, so
.jsoncvariants are now part of Renovate's default config file names. This action's default list still only covered.json,.json5, and.renovaterc, so a repository usingrenovate.jsoncwas silently not validated (the action reported "No configuration file is found" when no other config file existed).Changes
