This PR redesigns the MOAB download and installation process to make it more robust. In the current setup, we need to manually define many variables and are limited to MOAB 5.5.1. The update adds support for the newly released MOAB 5.6.0 and incorporates additional external dependencies, including HDF5 and Eigen3.
