"This PR adds a link from the svelte/transition API reference page to the more comprehensive transition documentation. This helps newcomers find contextual information about using transitions with {#if} blocks and other Svelte features."
No tests or changesets are needed since this is a documentation-only change outside of the packages/svelte/src directory.

Thanks, closing as duplicate of #15371 — we need a comprehensive solution to this (there are lots of places where it makes sense to have cross-links from docs to reference to tutorial and so on) rather than an ad hoc tweak, am keeping that other PR open until we have time to figure that out
