Fix panel sidebars and reasoning streams for v1.5.70

Summary

• Fixes Knowledge page empty (v1.5.69) #58 by auto-opening panel-backed sidebars on desktop route changes, including direct visits to /knowledge.
• Fixes Reasoning content cluttering chat UI #57 by routing OpenAI-compatible reasoning deltas to the Thinking stream instead of the visible reply body.
• Bumps the app to v1.5.70 and adds release notes thanking @latentwill, @zantak, and @yagudaev.
