Added support for literate Swift in Markdown, reStructuredText and TeX document files.
Check that the documentation types are still the defaults for documentation files (you have to explicitly set the type to get literate Swift support). Check that literate Swift files are passed to the compiler. Check that literate Swift files are processed for AppIntents metadata extraction.
