This PR adds CharacterSet Benchmarks to identify regressions in use of CharacterSet for hashing.
Motivation:
This change is added to address regressions in CharacterSet found in hashing-related use cases.
Modifications:
Adds relevant benchmarks to the BenchmarkCharacterSet file.
Result:
Nothing is expected to change.
Testing:
The CharacterSetBenchmarks scheme runs as usual.
