Añade mapeo de impuestos IGIC de servicios (sufijo _s) en el libro de IVA. Incluye datos de mapa CSV (tax lines, account lines) y tests unitarios.
Include account_tax_template_s_igic_ns in the Canary issued VAT book map so localization-not-subject sales appear in the books without depending on l10n_es_atc_sii_oca.
