Tenth Release

• Removed programminghoch10 & WSTxda collection of ViPER Kernels and DDCs because they were mostly duplicates from Jadilson Guedes, Joe0Bloggs & John Fawkes collection.
  But as a consequence 159 unique Kernels and 40 unique DDCs were also lost, so maybe i should add them back.
  Another But - These Kernels & DDCs were never used in any Preset, so it won't affect any either.
• Fixed Presets filenames.
  In last release i messed filename suffix.
