Script for Eugene to download data from California Community College specifically for college, race/ethnicity of all cc

Setup

1. Clone this repository
2. Navigate to the folder locally
3. Create a virtual env python3.11 -m venv venv
4. Activate the virtual env - source venv/bin/activate
5. Run make requirements
6. Run make develop
7. Check and see if installation was successful pip list
8. python script_v1.py
