robonix-book#19 is merged as
ba78430a. This moves thedocssubmodule pointer from489bcf5cto that commit sodevships the handbook that matches it.The book side of that PR carries the two-tier split of the system components: core system components (Atlas, Chronos, Keystone, Nexus, Scribe, Vitals) cannot be replaced and never depend on the tier above them, while system-level services (Executor, Liaison, Pilot, Scene, Sentinel, Soma) are replaceable, depend on each other, and sit at the same level as navigation or mapping. The interface catalog now also states that
robonix/system/*is a namespace rather than a tier.Validation: submodule pointer resolves to a commit on robonix-book
