[Plugin examples] Introduces a new Dual Range Histogram Series custom plugin for Lightweight Charts, including implementation, options, data types, renderer, and a sample example with documentation. Updates the index.html to link to the new example.
Corrected the ESLint directive syntax in canvas-utils.ts and replaced a 'return' with 'continue' in the renderer loop to ensure all bars are processed correctly.
Replaces the static border radius with a dynamically calculated value that ensures the radius does not exceed half the column width or the column length. This prevents rendering issues when columns are too small for the specified border radius.
