This PR adds some minimal infastructure to make it easy to use this project with https://chatgpt.com/codex.
The
setup_codex.shscript is designed to be run in the codex-universal docker container to setup all the dependencies needed to run the package tests.AGENTS.md for now I'm intentionally keeping minimal - just some basic instructions on how to run tests.
