Glob v12 no longer exposes the legacy glob.sync(...) API (the sync entrypoint is now globSync), but the repo still calls glob.sync in build/CLI scripts like src/cli/tact-fmt/index.ts, src/func/copy.build.ts, and src/test/utils/all-in-folder.build.ts. With this version bump, those scripts will start throwing TypeError: glob.sync is not a function when running formatting, build, or test helpers; either keep glob on a version that still supports glob.sync or update the call sites to the new globSync API.
