EZWallet: rename to 'EZWallet Claim Tickets', add WIP/readiness UI and update registry metadata

Motivation

• Clarify that the experiment is about claim-ticket flows (recipients review and redeem value) rather than immediate payments.
• Surface that the feature is not production ready by adding an explicit Work-in-Progress banner and readiness indicator in the UI.
• Reflect the lowered readiness in the labs registry metadata to prevent accidental production use.

Description

• Updated labs/registry.json for lab_ezwallet to change the title to EZWallet Claim Tickets, set status_color to RED, lower readiness_score to 35, update last_reviewed, and revise the description.
• Adjusted copy in EZWalletApp.svelte (hero subtext, section headings, and safety messaging) to emphasize claim-ticket semantics and review-before-signing workflows.
• Added a prominent wip-banner element and a readiness-strip UI component with corresponding styles to visually communicate test-mode/not-ready state.
• Added CSS rules for the new banner and readiness strip and applied small layout/text updates to the dashboard panels.

Testing

• Ran the linter via npm run lint and it completed successfully.
• Built the application with npm run build and the build succeeded without errors.
• Executed the test suite with npm test and all automated tests passed.
