In this repo the reusable CI action at .github/actions/install-pnpm-dependencies/action.yml:32 runs pnpm install --frozen-lockfile; pnpm install --help confirms that flag does not update the lockfile and fails when an update is needed. Because this commit changes workspace manifest specifiers here and in the other UI packages but leaves pnpm-lock.yaml with the old values (for example bridge-ui still records svelte ^4.2.15, vite ^5.2.10, and vitest ^1.5.3), CI dependency installation now exits with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE before tests or builds can run. Regenerate and commit the root pnpm-lock.yaml alongside these bumps.
