Also reduced CO_TASK_SIZE back to 64kb

A dynamic MRT-based glow/bloom/kinda-motion-blur effect I've been working on a while ago. I haven't updated this code in a while; it's still based on the old coroutines branch (which is merged now) and needs to be rebased. The effect is also largely unfinished, hence the draft.
