The current implementation of the Readwise script ignores the
pageCursorparameter to paginate through all of a users highlights. This was causing an initial import to skip pulling highlights after 1000. I added in awhileloop to paginate through all of a users highlights in the requested date range to make an initial import that has > 1000 highlights possible.
