release update

• add highlighted kernel list prompts to help recognize kernel version correction
• add pattern & compile those two mode to apply mod in start command
  pattern mode via downloading tcp_nanqinlang_for_4.12.2 to apply;
  compile mode via compiling new mod based on your own kernel (be sure version is >=4.9.3)
• modify all download work directory to /root/tcp_nanqinlang/ via install command
• modify all logfile output to /root/tcp_nanqinlang_{command}.log
• modify some determination codes and adjust few arrangement
• modify little syntax style, try to simplify little surplus words
• fix removing kernel determination issue in install command
• refer to the compability issue with debian 9, in short time i won't to adjust it cause i'm not clear about d9's kernel replacement rule
