#15 get out of the create-react-app configuration

remove all create-react-app scripts

Important Things

• I lost the link with the /public folder
• The registerServiceWorker will probably fail but I need to understand it before
• I lost the react-native setup but I need to understand it before
• I lost all the test configuration but the backend still have it (jest)
• I add an alias for '~' which is the source folder of the project, I updated all the path of the project
• There is a flow warning which needs some inspection : Definition for rule 'jsx-a11y/href-no-hash' was not found
• The standard linter don't check the config and I am sad :(
• The webpack plugin ExtractTextPlugin needs to be reconfigured
• I lose the postcss loader, but we don't use it
