This PR adds 37 new hairstyles, mostly from The Den. Several of these hairstyles have been given doptera variants!
Notably, the files are largely sorted by the Den's sorting system, which is slightly outdated.
Why / Balance
Greater customization--without creating an overwhelming list of potentially too-similar options--is always a wonderful thing for starcup. These markings were chosen with the help of @Flux-the-Fae, with a focus on maintaining consistency with starcup's visual style.
Test plan
I booted up the Release and scrolled through hairstyles, trying on each one in turn as a felinid. No errors spotted!

A few example hairstyles--clockwise from topleft, Eye Bang Sidetail (Wig), Floral Mid, Fortuneteller Alt, Short & Poofy, Blunt Bangs, Cotton, African Pigtails, Mean Girl (Bangs).
