This pull request removes the 'no-color.org' URL from the list of ignored links in the Sphinx documentation configuration (docs/conf.py). There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

Hmm linkcheck test here is lying, it still seems to be down https://no-color.org/. I will try to backport my sphinx PR to get a better view of these
