What does this PR do?

This PR adds a quickstart to the Python docs for getting started with Nexus.

- Rename Python feature guide from temporal-nexus.mdx to feature-guide.mdx (matches TS naming)

Nit: These Next Steps are OK for now. But in the long term, I want them to be able to have next steps that help them stay in the code to learn about another Nexus feature. (IE want to learn more about security, try turning on encryption like in this sample.)

In any event, this is a the best we've can do right now and we should ship as is, and improve later once we have better samples.

Looks fantastic! The rename to feature guide makes sense and can allow us to potentially break up that page a bit more into subpages which will be good. Great work!

Updated the introduction to clarify Nexus and its purpose. Added a new section for newcomers to Nexus with links to evaluation and features.
