added tfjs folder to showcase examples made with tensorflow.js. for the initial purpose, I had replicated a codelab provided by Google, the link for same is provided in the readme ( https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/tensorflowjs-object-detection?hl=en&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fcodelabs.developers.google.com%2F#0 ) of the project folder.
I am a bit new in contributing to Tensorflow and also wish to further contribute over some significant issues, being my first commit in this repo kindly guide me about my mistakes so that I could improve.
