- A valid boardcfg is considered to be one that loaded from decode_boot_fs_table and has a nonzero vendor_id and board_id. - Check one at a time for valid boardcfgs, first at SPI_ADDR_1 and then SPI_ADDR_2, and take the first one that is valid. - Flash the backup boardcfg, if found, to the boardcfg location in the boot_fs fd. - If a backup boardcfg is not found at either potential SPI_ADDR, do nothing.
