Summary

This PR proposes demo script structure for pytorch models

Run command

cd /tt-forge
export PYTHONPATH=.
python demos/tt-forge-fe/cnn/efficientnet_demo.py

Let's add details about exporting the pythonpath if we're running these from the tt-forge root directory. Also, let's structure tests that way.
