This PR introduces support for EKS Pod Identity in the ECS Prometheus service discovery binary.

✅ Changes:

  • Added --config.use-eks-pod-identity flag
  • Updated AWS config initialization to support Pod Identity
  • Falls back to default AWS credential chain if the flag is not set

This allows the application to assume IAM roles via Pod Identity without needing IRSA or kube2iam setups.
