Teraslice V3 package updates, remove hdfs

This PR makes the following changes:

• remove support for HDFS
• update teraslice dependencies to the latest dev versions
• fix imports
• fix custom format names
• fix api parameter name changes
• fix tests to expect an api
• added API to name for all config types that were API configs
