[Bug]: won't install on samsung andoid 17

Problem description

when I try to install on samsung running the new android 17 beta (OneUI 9), it won't install because it uses an old API version. I was able to find a setting in developer options to get around this. Can you rebuild the beta using the latest APIs?

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

try to install on samsung device (majority of the US market for android devices) running OneUI 9 beta. But this is an Android issue. It also had issues on Android 16 during install.

disable app compatibility policies. there are 2: one called 2026090201 and another called 2026010720

Can you post output of dumpsys 2> /dev/null | grep -a -i 2026090201 and dumpsys 2> /dev/null | grep -a -i 2026010720 from adb shell or su shell?
