Add Self-Driving statistics fields

Description

Adds Self-Drivng statistic fields. These are available for HW4 vehicles with holiday release + v14 (fw version 2025.44.25.5). SelfDrivingMilesSinceReset requires minimum_delta be set to a value >= 1.
