Upgrade CameraX Version from 1.1.0 to 1.4.1

This PR upgrades the camerax_version from 1.1.0 to 1.4.1 to take advantage of the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes provided by the AndroidX CameraX library.

Motivation:

1. Improved performance and stability for camera functionalities.
2. Access to new APIs and enhancements, ensuring better support for QR code scanning and other camera-related tasks.
3. Fixes for known issues present in earlier versions of CameraX.
