Upgrade CameraX Version from 1.1.0 to 1.4.2

Summary

This PR upgrades the camerax_version from 1.1.0 to 1.4.2 to take advantage of the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes provided by the AndroidX CameraX library.

Motivation:

1. Improved performance and stability for camera functionalities.
2. Access to new APIs and enhancements, ensuring better support for QR code scanning and other camera-related tasks.
3. Fixes for known issues present in earlier versions of CameraX.

How did you test this change?

Android:

1. Tested QR code scanning functionality with the updated CameraX version on multiple Android devices.
2. Verified that the camera initializes correctly, focuses automatically, and maintains smooth performance.

Hi do you have any issue in android devices ? i have a bottom navigation that one of them has the camera, another a list, when switch between section, it stops to scan qr codes but still show the camera
