Currently liquibase cannot find changelogs stored in dependencies while creating testcontainer because constructor
SearchPathResourceAccessor(String searchPath, ResourceAccessor... defaultAccessors)is ignoring provided array of ResourceAccessors ifsearchPathis defined/This is fix is adding ResourceAccessors into instance of
SearchPathResourceAccessor.
