tts-cpp 2026-07-21, parakeet-cpp 2026-07-21, whisper-cpp 1.9.1#5 — all three ports move to the same post-reorg master commit (QIP #94, PR stack #93/#95/#102): - SOURCE_PATH: tts-cpp/ -> engines/tts/, parakeet-cpp/ -> engines/parakeet/, repo root -> third_party/whisper.cpp/ (upstream git subtree, declared QVAC delta in its PATCHES.md) - whisper-cpp drops 0001-move-gnuinstalldirs patch (absorbed into the subtree delta) - tts-cpp picks up the Parler-TTS engine (#92) with this pin - path updates pre-validated via overlay ports on tetherto/qvac#3310 (mobile Device Farm 3/3 addons, desktop integration suites) PROVISIONAL REF: pinned at the head of qvac-ext-lib-whisper.cpp#102 (re-land of the subtree conversion); re-pin REF+SHA512 to the squash SHA once #102 merges, before undrafting.
