QVAC-20769 test: remove Wan 2.1 video e2e

🎯 What problem does this PR solve?

• Wan 2.1 video e2e smoke coverage requires large SDK-shipped video models and companion downloads, adding significant bootstrap time to SDK e2e runs.
• The team agreed to drop Wan 2.1 e2e coverage from the SDK suite while longer-term video coverage moves to newer/smaller model paths.

📝 How does it solve it?

• Removes the Wan 2.1 txt2vid/img2vid smoke tests from the SDK e2e test list.
• Removes the desktop-only video executor and bootstrap resources for Wan 2.1 and its companion models, so those models are no longer pre-downloaded for e2e smoke runs.
• Removes the obsolete mobile video skip rule because video tests are no longer registered.

🧪 How was it tested?

• npm run install:build:full from packages/sdk/e2e
• Local desktop smoke: reports/local-local-1781527405549 (98/98 passed, 0 failed)
• Local iOS smoke: reports/local-local-1781527623594 (84 passed, 14 expected skipped, 0 failed)
