feat(desktop): replace tray icon with monochrome grandma and theme control panel

- Add Textile mark SVG and monochrome geometric grandma tray icon (32×32 RGBA)
- Replace teal square tray icon with premultiplied grandma asset; use as macOS template image for system light/dark adaptation
- Update control panel HTML to embed Textile icon mark next to Stitch heading
- Migrate control panel colors from custom palette to Textile web app `--tx-*` design tokens (accent purple, primary/secondary backgrounds, text hierarchy)
- Remove control-panel subtitle and styling; consolidate brand display into single row with icon and heading
- Adjust button hover states and status indicator colors to match new token system
- Update version to 0.1.144
