Structure of the repository

Our repository is organized as a collection of folders, namely:

• ./geometry: folder that contains the .geo files, i.e. the geometries of the simulations;
• ./params: folder that contains the .dat files, i.e. the parameters of the simulations;
• ./simulations: folder that contains the .sh files, i.e. the batch files run the simulations;
• ./srcs: source code of the DG method.
