This will allow us to dispatch a build from a branch tracking `release/6.3` directly from the Web UI.

But this is not scheduled - its a dispatch. Should we rename the file?

No, or it won't show up in the web UI. This is to "trick" GitHub so we can run our build on custom branches tracking a release branch without having to modify anything in the workflow calls. |
