ci: drop semantic release flow

This pull request includes several updates to the configuration files and dependencies to improve the build and release processes, as well as to update package versions. The most important changes include adding a new command for global installation of corepack, removing the release workflow, updating dependencies in package.json, and modifying the pnpm-workspace.yaml file.

Build and Release Process Improvements:

• Fixed corepack installation
• Removed the entire semantic release workflow from the .github/workflows/release.yml file.

Dependency Updates:

• Updated the packageManager and added a new release script in the scripts section of the package.json file.
• Updated multiple devDependencies versions in the package.json file, including @arethetypeswrong/cli, @size-limit/preset-small-lib, @testing-library/react, @types/react, @types/react-dom, @vitest/browser, @vitest/coverage-istanbul, bumpp, lint-staged, playwright, publint, size-limit, tsup, typescript, and vitest.
• Updated the devDependencies versions in the storybook/package.json file, including @storybook/addon-actions, @storybook/addon-docs, @storybook/addon-essentials, @storybook/builder-vite, @storybook/experimental-addon-test, @storybook/react, @storybook/react-vite, @storybook/theming, @types/react, @types/react-dom, postcss, storybook, typescript, and vite.
