Update the content_views role to allow content view filters to have multiple rules, using the module added in theforeman#1558

I've used this for my use case of excluding rpms by name, but I haven't tested any other filter types.
I can see that Paul Armstrong has been working in this space to add the modules, and I refered to his role for this change.
