Since the data repair script has been shipped released versions of Foreman/Satellite in Foreman Maintain, we theoretically do not need to require it running anymore. Users should have already run it, and it is a one-time operation.
I'm keeping the general command around because supposedly the command fixes pulp/pulp_rpm#4205, but it is still unknown.
