Why are you introducing these changes? (Problem description, related links)
Starting with tomcat-9.0.110, FFM is supported to use OpenSSL natively instead of the Java native TLS handling. This allows using out certificates directly and avoiding Java keystores. This is also a path to having PQC support without having to wait for openjdk to release changes.
At the moment, this is a draft to store the test changes. This is an incomplete change.
