## Scope This pull request adds translation for French for the strings added for the Casper Peacock escalation in #546. ## Test Plan I've manually rebuilt dynamic resources and checked my changes in-game. Everything displays correctly. ## Checklist - [x] I have run Prettier to reformat any changed files - [x] I have verified my changes work

Scope
An escalation intended for Halloween 2025. I know it's still too early, but the procedure is long and let's put it on the bottom layer of the cart first. The gameplay is originated from the user known as Quartz_Tan, with some changes.
