Contributes to [docsy] Post-LFX T2 mentorship site work #85
Adjusts link to Contributing guidelines in Community page to refer to local Contributing page
Adjusts links to spec by using local path instead of external URL
Ensures that https://www.docsy.dev/docs/adding-content/repository-links are working, by adding a (temporary) config parameter identifying the docsy branch
