It's a systemd service, and installation script.
Seems to work pretty good, I haven't really used speech-dispatcher all that much, so I'm not sure what the actual standard is, but it uses a FIFO, speech-dispatcher, and espeak-ng
much better than the defaults imo, trying to work through the way's to actually test this for screen readers, and what not
tested on:
