Make #number a clickable OSC 8 hyperlink in --no-tui output when stdout is a terminal, colored cyan to signal it is clickable, and add --urls to print full PR URLs inline for terminals without OSC 8 support. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
