Adds a --prompt option that lets the user decide which release is the best match, instead of choosing one more or less at random.
Limit the MusicBrainz results returned to the specified country.

These commits add --prompt and --country command-line options, that make choosing the correct MusicBrainz result a lot more automatic for me. Feel free to use/change them as you like.
