Can confirm that this PR is working, had troubles with replacements being in default setting and using this PR all formatting is applied correctly. |

Instead of apply paragraph style, when replacing placeholders, apply
RProf firstaffectedRunstoreplacement, style of placeholders can be kept after replacing. #67
