pom.xml Version Validation
A new step has been added to extract and validate the project's version from the pom.xml. If the version includes the -SNAPSHOT suffix, the pipeline sets the build type to install instead of deploy for commit/merge at the main
For nightly build check if the version has SNAPSHOT and if has make the deploy if not just do a clean and install
