This PR adds support for saving a device's current configuration to / load a previous configuration from a ini-style file. See otaku42#10 for rationale. By now this only deals with the controls, as this is enough for my current needs, but extending this stuff to other aspects would be easy.
improve_controls+config has been branched off of improve_controls, which contains the code referenced in PR #42 that is now also contained here. I assume that this PR will shrink to the difference between improve_controls and improve_controls+config once PR #42 is merged. The code for configuration file support starts with 4c2024e.
Please let me know if you have any questions, suggestions or would like to see any changes to the code to have it merged.
